This is the much sought after Wrenn W2202 R1 "NTG" private owner Tank Locomotive in yellow. This was introduced by Basildon in Period 3 and continued in production through Period 4. Looks great with a rake of NTG Wagons,(W5034 refers) for freight operations on any "OO Gauge" Layout. This example of the NTG Tank comes complete with Mid Period 3 Box (circa 1974/5), tissue, packing rings, Hornby Dublo coupling conversion kit and Instruction Leaflet. The bottom of the inner box has the  usual sellotape residue marks  denoting period 3 Wrenn Basildon issue.  

Condition of the Tank/box is "near mint ", for their age.
