This is a professional respray  of an original 3 Rail Hornby Dublo "Montrose" to a superb 3 Rail "City of Lichfield" in BR Blue, running number 46250. The near satin finish and lining is to a high standard and the tender has the early BR motif. Original wheels from the Montrose have been used however the Locomotive shows minimal layout use bin my opinion. Fully tested to run and/or part of the collection. 

Comes in a hobby box including cardboard insert/tissue/pacing rings.

Overall condition is "Excellent" considering age.
