This is the Wrenn Micromodel Catalogue No 313 British Railways Buffet Car in Blue, running number 1823. Introduced by Basildon in 1968 this became very popular on "N" Gauge Layouts operating BR passenger traffic.

The Buffet Car comes complete with Wrenn micromodels cardboard box and polystyrene profiled insert .

Overall Condition is "near mint to mint" for their age.
