This is the Wrenn W4311"LMS" Guards Van in Brown, running number M70973. Why Rare? Based on my experience most were issued by the Wrenn, Basildon factory in Periods 2/3 and very few in late Period 4 (circa 1988 - 1992) when the factory closed. As with all P4 wagons has pin wheel axles and metal rimmed wheels for smooth layout running and minimal wear.

Comes in a late P4 box (green hue) and yellow cardboard insert.

Condition is "near mint" considering age.
