This is the Wrenn W5000 "J Bly & Co" Coal Wagon with Load in Green, issued by the Basildon factory over Periods 2/3/4, however the rare examples are seen in Period 2 (Triang/Wrenn) and Period 4. This superb "near mint" example is from the early P2 build (circa 1970) and as a collector I have only seen 5 of these over the years, hence I believe this is Rare. The wagon has plastic wheels/axles correct for early P2 factory issue.

Comes complete in P2 box with yellow plastic insert.
