This is the Wrenn W5025 "Carter" Ore Wagon in black, running number 7. Issued by Wrenn, Basildon in Period 3 only. Other than the Rare Long Box packaging I do not believe of any other variations with this wagon. As with all Period 3 wagons it has "metal rimmed" wheels.
Comes complete with Period 3 box, and yellow profiled plastic insert.
Overall Condition is "near mint" for their age.
