This is a superb example of the much sought after Wrenn W5040 "Shell" 4 wheeled Tank Wagon with motif/Shell and white highlights/surround. This Wagon was only produced in two stages of Period 4 with limited production, and comes complete with yellow plastic or yellow cardboard insert and P4 box. As with all Period 4 wagons it has metal rimmed wheels. As well as a great wagon for the collection it is distinctive on any 00 Gauge layout running freight operations.

Note : Please avoid the "curly R" boxes which this wagon is often  seen in, these were not issued by Wrenn, Basildon, and hence are not genuine. 

Overall Condition of Tank Wagon/box is "near mint " for their age.
