This is the much sought after Wrenn W.5013 "St Ivel Gold" 6 Wheeled Tanker Wagon in white and is quite rare to find for collectors in a correct late Period 4 Wrenn Basildon box. Please be aware of the "curly R" boxes" which were not issued by Wrenn Basildon, but by others.

Both the "St Ivel" and "Gold" are tampo printed on the white plastic body which is correct. The white colour has not browned like many examples of this and the UD Tanker wagon.

Only 75 were produced before Basildon closure in 1992 and as with all Period 4 Wagons, it has metal rimmed wheels and pin wheeled axles. I am of the opinion these were the last of the production run of 1992 before  Basildon factory closure.

Comes complete with late P4 box and white or yellow cardboard insert.

Condition of the Tanker/box is "near mint " for their age.
