This is a superb example of the difficult to find Wrenn W5071 "Bass Charrington" Bulk Grain Wagon in Maroon, running number LONDON 24.

Introduced by Wrenn, Basildon in Period 4, only 296 were produced between the years 1982-1983, hence its rarety.

This wagon is only supplied in a Period 4 (W7304 type) box with yellow cardboard insert and white packing rings (2).These were the same as used for Wrenn Locomotive packing rings. As with all Period 4 Wagons it has metal rimmed wheels.

Condition of the Wagon/box is "near mint " for their age.
