This is a superb example of the  RARE Wrenn W2228  "City of Birmingham" in BR Green, running number 46235.All transfers /lining in place and has seen minimal layout use if any in my opinion. Has the correct Mark 1 Chassis with the larger wheels and brown/gold coloured armature. Comes from the late 1987 Basildon build.

Please Note : Has the later tender lining matching the boiler lining correct for this era. 

Complete with Period 4  Box and includes tissue, packing rings and blue instruction manual.  The inner white box is correctly stamped "Packer No 2 71044" indicating 44th week, 10th Month, 1987 as Wrenn, Basildon issue date.
