This is a superb example of the much sought after W.2296 "Dartmoor" Rebuilt West Country Locomotive in BR Green, running number 34021. This has the late BR Crest on the tender. Has seen minimal layout use if any.

ONLY 141 OF THESE WERE ISSUED DURING THE LATE PERIOD 4 WRENN BASILDON ERA (1990 - 1992) BEFORE FACTORY CLOSURE.

Comes complete with late Period 4 box, tissue, packing rings, and blue instruction manual. The bottom of the inner box is stamped "Packer No 2 901147" indicating the 47th week, 11th month, 1990 as Basildon issue date.

Condition of the Loco/tender/box is "near mint to mint" for their age.
