This is a superb example of the  Wrenn W2217 LNER 0-6-2 Tank Locomotive in Apple Green, running number 9522. Introduced by Wrenn, Basildon in Period 2 (Triang/Wrenn era), this popular tank loco survived in production through Period 3 until 1989 of Period 4. Over 5000 were issued most between 1969/79. 

Although his example is the standard version, it is from the early P4 build (Circa 1980/1) and is becoming increasingly rare to find today in this condition. Has seen minimal layout use in my opinion. Note ; I have reviewed other versions on my website previously..

Comes complete with Period 4 issued box, and includes tissue, packing rings, and Instruction Sheet. The underneath of the inner box is stamped "Packer No 6" in red ink indicating early Period 4 Basildon issue.
