This is an excellent example of the  RARE Wrenn W2262/A 3 pole Royal Scot Class Locomotive "Manchester Regiment" in BR Green, running number 46148. Just under 200 of this Locomotive were issued between 1982/83 only, and hence because of its very limited production and short time frame of issue, is very difficult  to find for the collector and runner alike. Has seen limited layout use in my opinion, and the tender has the early BR Totem. 

Comes complete with Period 4 issued box, tissue, packing rings, blue instruction manual and separate Royal Scot Instruction sheet. The underneath of the inner box is stamped "Packer No 6" in red ink denoting early 1982 Wrenn Basildon issue.

Loco/tender is  "near mint" , box is "good" for their age.
