This is a superb example of the rare Wrenn W.2299 "Queen Elizabeth "  Locomotive in BR Green, running number 46221. Introduced by Wrenn, Basildon in 1990, this model finished in production in 1992 with only 145 issued by the Wrenn, Basildon factory. The tender has the late BR Totem, and the Locomotive has seen minimal layout use if any. All lining/transfers in place.

This example is from the early 1991 build and is one of the best examples I have seen to date..

The Locomotive/tender comes complete with late Period 4  box, tissue, packing rings, and blue Instruction Manual. The bottom of the inner box is stamped "Packer No 2  91  2 9"  indicating 9th Week, 2nd Month, 1991 Basildon issue date 

Condition of the Locomotive/Tender/box is "near mint to mint” for their age.
