This is a superb example of the Wrenn W.2268A 3 Pole Streamlined West Country "Yeovil" Locomotive in BR Green, running number 34004. This has the distinctive  straight darker orange lining, and early BR tender crest.  

Wrenn, Basildon produced only 165 these between late 1988 to factory closure in 1992 however this is from the early 1991 production build when only 49 were issued between 1991/2..

This comes in a late Period 4 Box, and includes tissue, packing rings, and blue Instruction Manual, The stamp on the bottom of the inner box is "Packer No 2 91 1 3".in black ink indicating 3rd Week, 1st Month,1991 as Basildon issue date. 

The Locomotive/Tender/box are ‘near mint to mint ‘ considering their age.
