This is an excellent example of the very rare Wrenn W.6002B "Bellinda" 1st Class Kitchen Pullman Car in Brown/Cream issued by Wrenn, Basildon in the last 2 years of Period 4. (1992 closure). It has the full B/B rosettes and White Tables. Only 150 of these were produced. For those collecters/runners that collect the Wrenn Pullman variations, this is Brown/Cream sprayed over a Maroon base plastic body.

The Pullman comes in a late Period 4 box (cream cardboard interior) with yellow/cream coloured cardboard insert and packing tissue.

The Bellinda/Box" is "near mint", for their age.
