This is an excellent example of the Horby Dublo 4465 Saxa" Salt Wagon in yellow, running number 248. This should not be confused with the rarer dark orange version, which Wrenn also issued through the Basildon years. The Wagon has plastic Wheels/Axles and H/D couplings for 2 or 3 Rail operation.
Complete with original Red/White striped box
Condition is "excellent" considering age.
