This is an Excellent example of the RARE United Glass Ltd Sand Wagon in Yellow, running number 82. For 2/3 Rail running. 

THIS IS THE OPEN VALVE GEAR VERSION, NOT THE MORE COMMON SOLID.

Comes complete with original Red/White Striped Box and packing Rings

Condition is "excellent to near mint" considering age.
