This is an excellent example of the Hornby Dublo 4627 "ICI" 20 - Ton Bulk Salt Wagon in Dark Green for 2/3 Rail operation. Issued by Meccano Ltd, Liverpool between 1961/5. the ladder is in place and the wagon has plastic wheels/couplings for 2/3 Rail operation.
Comes in original Red/White striped box, condition is "excellent to near mint" considering age.
