This is an excellent example of the Hornby Dublo 4620 metal Breakdown Crane No 133 in Matt Red, running number DE961665. Produced by Meccanno, Liverpool between 1959 and 1961. The crane is complete with  trucks and 4 jacks, and suitable for both 2 and 3 Rail operation with plastic wheels throughout. Has seen minimal layout use in my opinion.  

Comes in original red box with yellow profiled cardboard insert, Instruction Sheet, and the grey top profiled cardboard insert which is often missing.  The stamp on the inside of the box lid is 08074 and the Test Tag is M37..  . 

Overall Condition is "near mint"  for its age in my opinion
