This is a great example of the Hornby Dublo Catalogue No 2235 "Barnstaple" West Country Class Locomotive, running number 34005 in BR Green Livery with late crest. As with all Hornby Dublo 2 Rail Locomotives the front/rear bogie and tender wheels are plastic which is standard construction.

Manufactured by Meccano Ltd between 1961 and 1966 for 2 rail running, most of these examples are "play worn", this is not one of those. 

This example I believe is from the later 1961 build, and has seen minimal layout use if any in my opinion. All lining and transfers in place. 

Comes complete with original box, cardboard insert, packing rings,  Instruction booklet, and test tag (M2)..

Condition of the Locomotive/tender/Box is "near mint " considering age.
