This is a superb example of the much sought after Hornby Dublo Catalogue No 2220 "Denbigh Castle" Locomotive , running number 7032 in BR Livery with late crest.

Manufactured by Meccano  Ltd  between 1959 and 1960 for 2 Rail Running, this had limited production, most of examples are "play worn",  this is not one of those. Has seen minimal layout use in my opinion. As a collector this is one of the the best examples I have seen over the years. .

Comes complete with original box, packing rings, guarantee slip (stamped 460/859) , test tag (stamped 40), and Instruction booklet.

Condition of the Locomotive/tender is "near mint" , box is"excellent" for their  age.
