This is a great example of the Rare Wrenn W5016 "Blue Circle" Cement Wagon in Yellow, packaged in the late Period 4 Box - Circa 1991/2.I have seen very few of these examples over the years most in the P3 box packaging or early P4. As with all P3/4 wagons it has pin wheel axles and metal rimmed wheels.
