This is a superb example of the Wrenn W5080 "Rugby" Cement Wagon in Grey with Tampo printed board, running number 17. These were only issued by the Wrenn, Basildon factory in Period 4 and this is the Dark Grey version. They came in two colours, Dark Grey and the rarer Light Grey version. Both had orange "tampo printed" boards no other variation. As with all P4 wagons it has "metal rimmed" wheels.

Comes complete with late P4 box and yellow plastic insert, correct for the era.

Overall condition is "near mint to mint" for its age.
