This is an excellent example of the more difficult to find Wrenn W2214 N2 0-6-2 Tank Locomotive in LMS Maroon. Many from this era are badly "play worn" this is not and has seen limited layout use in my opinion. As with all Period 3 Wrenn Locomotives it has metal rimmed bogie wheels.

Introduced by Wrenn, Basildon in Period 3, this is less common than its black LMS W2215 N2 counterpart., and is becoming rare to find today in this condition.

The Tank Locomotive comes complete with  P3 box, tissue, packing rings, and Instruction Sheet. The bottom of the Inner box has the usual sellotape residue marks denoting Period 3 Basildon issue. (Circa 1974/5).

Overall Condition of Tank Locomotive/box is "near mint",  for their age.
